This website is published by Kroetch Property Group, a licensed real estate brokerage in Idaho. The site is informational. Browsing it doesn’t create a brokerage relationship between you and us. That starts when we sit down (in person or on a call) and decide to work together.

Listings and property info

Property information shown on this site (square footage, lot size, bedrooms, school district, price history, tax assessments, photos) comes from the listing broker, public records, or the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). It’s been gathered carefully, but:

Information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Buyers should verify all measurements, schools, utilities, HOA details, easements, and any other material facts to their satisfaction before closing.

If you spot a listing detail that’s clearly wrong, please tell us and we’ll work to correct it.

MLS, IDX, and third-party data

Active listings shown on or linked from this site are sourced from the Coeur d’Alene Multiple Listing Service (CDA MLS) via IDX feeds. Some listings are owned by other brokerages; those listings carry the listing brokerage’s information and trademarks.

Listing data on the IDX feed is updated frequently but may lag actual market state by minutes to hours. Always confirm a property’s status with us or the listing broker before traveling to view it.

Fair Housing

  • Republish our content (text, photographs, or graphics) without our written permission.
  • Use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages to anyone whose contact information you find through it.
  • Interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or probe for vulnerabilities without prior agreement.

Photography on this site that’s credited to a specific photographer is used with permission. Don’t reuse it without contacting that photographer directly.

We link to other sites. search.kpgidaho.com for property search, clagstoneliving.com for the Clagstone Country Estates development, and occasionally news stories, MLS pages, or government resources. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, you agree that Kroetch Property Group may text you about your inquiry: replies to a question you asked, showing and appointment confirmations, and updates on a property you told us you were interested in. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can withhold it and still work with us.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. You can also email hello@kpgidaho.com or call 208-425-SOLD and we will remove your number.

We do not sell your information, and mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties for marketing. See our privacy policy for the full detail.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Kroetch Property Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any information you find on it.

Governing law
